Ehsaas Scholarship Phase 3 Form Online Registration
Several programs were launched under the umbrella of the Ehsaas program with the mission to alleviate poverty in the country. One of these programs is the ehsaas scholarship which aims to provide funding for undergraduate studies to gifted students. In Pakistan, more than 40% of students couldn’t pursue their studies after the intermediate level due to limited financial resources.
Considering this ratio, the government of Pakistan decided to offer scholarships for these students which will cover tuition fees for four to five years of university, unlike other scholarship programs which offer to fund for Ph.D. or MS programs. In addition to university fees, selected candidates will also be able to get a monthly stipend to cover their education-related expenses like purchasing supplies, books, accommodation, food, etc.
Almost all students who are planning to pursue their degree in major education fields can apply for the ehsaas scholarship program. These fields include but are not limited to, business education, agriculture, engineering, art and humanity, physical sciences, social sciences, and medicine.
About 50% quota is fixed for the female population whereas a 2% quota is set for physically challenged students. In this way, even the most vulnerable segments of society would be able to get higher education and come out of poverty.
